Speaker's Profile

Mike Dean is the Corporate Controller of Amplitude, Inc, where he oversees all global accounting, procurement and tax activities. Prior to taking over the Controller role, Mike led the revenue, equity, SEC reporting and technical accounting functions at Amplitude, including successfully project managing the Company's initial public offering. Before joining Amplitude, Mike was a Director at PwC where he served multinational public companies in the greater Seattle and San Francisco Bay areas. Mike also spent time in PwC's SEC Services group, supporting client teams with registered security offerings, M&A transactions, and various technical accounting matters.
